Re-entry is one of the highest-risk transitions in recovery. New job, new routine, often a new city — and the same triggers that drove use before. Sober living is one of the most consistent ways to lower that risk.
Why sober living works for re-entry
- Stable address from day one — required for parole, employment, and ID
- Drug testing built in, which satisfies many parole conditions
- Peer community of others doing the same work
- House managers who understand re-entry challenges
- Walkable access to jobs, meetings, and transit in our city locations
